Ocean Forest Clubhouse

This was a very special project for Josh as he was asked to be the architect for a major renovation and addition to the Ocean Forest Clubhouse. It was 25 years after he apprenticed at age 15 as a decorative painter with Sally Strong Nicholson for the club room ceiling. The modifications included a new bar in the living room, a refined formal dining area, a a large indoor / outdoor space, and changes to the club room. At the time of this writing, he is working on a full renovation of the clubroom which will preserve the decorative painting he helped with.
